I work with individuals and couples who are ready to break free from the patterns that hold them back. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, addiction, life transitions, sex-related issues, body image challenges, trauma, and relationship struggles. I deeply believe that therapy is a collaborative process. You bring your unique experiences and I bring my expertise and care to support your journey.

    Whether you're seeking to overcome a particular obstacle or just want to feel more connected and aligned in your life, I’m here to help guide you toward the clarity and peace you deserve.     With a diverse background in mental health, corrections, and supporting individuals with disabilities, I bring a unique perspective to my work. My experience includes providing therapeutic support in a mental health hospital, where I worked closely with individuals facing severe mental health challenges, helping them navigate their recovery journey in a structured and compassionate environment.

    Do you want to make meaningful changes in your life but feel stuck? Perhaps you have difficulty managing emotions or feel overwhelmed with never-ending thoughts. Is substance abuse or other addictions affecting your relationships or career? Maybe you’re feeling isolated, lost, or disconnected in life. Whether you believe you need to create better boundaries, strengthen relationships, heal childhood wounds, or process past trauma, I commend you for starting your journey to healing and change.     As a client-centered Registered Psychotherapist, I aim to provide high-quality, evidence-based care that is effective and meets your individual needs. I am committed to providing a genuine, inclusive, safe space to explore and deepen understanding, emphasizing empowerment and empathy. I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults experiencing relational difficulties, depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, and addictions. I have spent several years practicing counselling in a correctional mental health setting for incarcerated individuals so I can help those affected by the criminal justice system relating to trauma, the effects first responders face, and grief and loss. I am here to promote resiliency and strength.

Alvin might be small, but he’s got a heart full of healing energy.

    Chanel is our resident relaxation expert with a PhD in Napping and a certification in Cuddle Therapy. Her approach to therapy is all about helping you find peace through relaxation and comfort. Whether she’s gently nudging you to take a moment for yourself or curling up next to you for some quality cuddle time, Chanel is here to remind you that it’s okay to slow down and recharge. When she’s not softly snoring in her favourite bed, you can bet she’s busy dreaming up new ways to help you unwind and feel at ease.

    Luna is a talented four-legged therapist with a PhD in Belly Rubs and a specialization in unconditional love. With a nose for sniffing out the best spots for belly scratches, she’s dedicated to making sure you leave each session with a big smile and a lighter heart. Luna’s calming presence and affectionate nature make her the perfect companion to guide you through your emotional journey. Whether she’s offering a gentle paw or a warm cuddle, she’s here to remind you that happiness is just a belly rub away.
